The other month I went shopping for some Moustache Wax. At first I visited my local supermarket, but alas they only had a few poor quality brands (on top of that, said products where extremely expensive!). So next I went to my local barbers to see if he could help me out. Unfortunately I was out of luck and he sent me on my way. I must have been looking for some wax for hours, but alas it just wasn’t working out so I called it a day. Later that night when I got home I decided that I wouldn’t be put off by my hard luck and so I switched the computer on and looked online. Never have I been given such a variety of choice in my life! To cut a long story short, I ended up with a few different brands to test out along with other grooming merchandise such as moustache combs, beard conditioner among others. I didn’t even break the bank either so overall I’m pretty pleased with the outcome. Can’t wait until everything arrives!

Portrait photography is not as easy as it seems
Capturing portraits is a necessity for all Massachusetts Wedding Photographers. At first this may seem like an easy task. Without the proper knowledge and preparation your portraits will be disappointing. First you need to ask the bride and groom (preferably prior to the wedding) what family groups they would like. Then you need to decide on an appropriate location. Most churches have horrible lighting for portraits. Recommend that all formal portraits are done outside.
For creating natural portraits you will need to learn how to pose your subjects well. The key is not to pose but direct. Move your subjects into position and ask them to just relax. Balance your group shots by placing people evenly around the wedding couple.
To avoid distracting objects in the background vary your viewpoint. If the distraction is still visible then use a longer lens to blur it out. Make sure you are properly prepared prior to the wedding. This will help speed up the portrait sessions.
